1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ighservices.com (the "Site"), operated by IGH Tax Services ("IGH," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of services

The Site is an informational marketing website. It describes services IGH offers, provides publicly available tax-calendar and state-agency links, and lets you request engagement letters and IRS forms for review. The Site does not itself provide tax preparation, tax planning, tax representation, bookkeeping, or payroll services. Any such services are performed under a separately signed engagement letter between you and IGH.

3. Not tax or legal advice

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, FAQ entries, blog posts (if any), tax calendars, engagement-letter templates, and IRS forms — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Tax law is fact-specific and changes frequently. Do not act or refrain from acting based on content from this Site without first consulting a qualified professional who can evaluate your particular circumstances.

4. IRS Circular 230 notice

Any tax advice contained in this communication is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, for the purpose of (i) avoiding tax-related penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or (ii) promoting, marketing, or recommending to another party any transaction or matter addressed herein.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and compiled materials, is owned by IGH or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download a single copy of materials for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use — reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works — requires our prior written permission.

6. User conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its backing infrastructure;
  • attempt to bypass any rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers) to harvest content other than what a standard search-engine crawler would access in accordance with our robots.txt;
  • submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through any form;
  • use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages;
  • violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of the Site.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL IGH, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IGH and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly (appointment scheduling), TaxDome (client portal), Encyro (secure file exchange), and state tax-agency websites reachable through our refund-tracker and tax-payments dropdowns. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of- laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You agree that any dispute must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose or be forever barred.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The "Effective date" at the top indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will also be announced on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
